Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or on selected orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

🔄 Return Policy (Damaged Items Only)

At VEORRA, due to the food and consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted ONLY in case of damaged items.

Eligible for Return

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery
  • The package is tampered, leaked, or broken
  • The item received is unusable due to transit damage

Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or personal preference
  • Wrong address provided by customer
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product
  • Products opened or partially consumed

📝 Return Request Process

To request a return for a damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Email us at support@veorra.com
  3. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images or video of the damaged product and outer packaging

Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.


🔁 Replacement / Refund

  • Once approved, we will offer either:
    • Free replacement, or
    • Refund to the original payment method, at our discretion
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

📦 Important Note

Please do not accept delivery if the outer package appears severely damaged or leaked. If accepted without proof, return claims may be rejected.
